1. Driving to the Lake to see Cassie! While the drivers were mucho insane and almost ran me off the road a few times, it was totally worth it! Plus I had 2 mugs of coffee; one for each hour of the drive. Is that the proper puncuation?
2. Learning comparative and superlative forms! Watching clogging! Going to the grocery store for one of the tastiest (superlative form) meals I've had! Playing Beatles Rockband! Watching some of the VMAs! Looking at a pretty spider.
3. SEVENTY rounds of skeeball. 70! SEVENTY! Can you believe it? My back hurts, but it was worth it. Well worth it. I won so many tickets I was able to buy a small plush animal!
4. My mom coming to see me and us arriving back in Springfield at the exact same time. Despite the rain it was a fun 2 hours.
5. 3 movies in 20 hours. Love Happens (3 of 5 stars. It was a lot sadder than I expected it to be, which was depressing.), The Informant (4 of 5 stars. Matt Damon was fantastic! The movie was a little slow and not as funny as I thought it would be, but interesting and different from a lot of movies that are out there right now.), and All About Steve (4 of 5 stars. It was my favorite of all of the movies we watched. Sandra Bullock is great, as is Bradley Cooper and the rest of the cast. It was funny and well written. I loved the cross word tie-in. Plus, it had a good message and ending.)
This weekend was great. I love Cassie and my mom and Matt. I'm glad I got to do things with all three of them! XOXO!
